You use an Adidas promo code in the UAE by adding your items to the bag, opening checkout and pasting the code into the promo box before you pay. The total in AED should drop straight away. If it doesn't, something in your bag isn't covered, and that's fixable.

What Adidas is good for in the UAE
Running shoes, football boots, training clothes and the everyday trainers people wear with jeans. That's the core of the UAE store. Prices are in dirhams and orders ship across the Emirates, so what you see at checkout is what you pay, plus any delivery fee the site shows.
Go there when you already know the model you want. If you just want "a decent pair of running shoes" and don't mind the brand, a multi-brand shop might give you more choice. More on that further down.

How to apply it, step by step
- Copy the code from the card above.
- On the Adidas UAE site or app, pick your item and choose a size. Nothing goes in the bag without one.
- Open the bag and go to checkout.
- Find the promo code field. On most screens it's a small link or box near the order summary, before the payment step.
- Paste the code and press apply.
- Look at the total. You should see the discount as its own line, in AED, before you enter card details.
On the app it's the same flow. Paste from your clipboard rather than typing, because a stray space at the end is enough for a code to be refused.
Why an Adidas code gets rejected
Three things cause almost every failed code.
You're on the wrong country site. Adidas ships to both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and a UAE code only works on the UAE store. If prices show in riyals, switch the country before you try again.
Something in the bag is excluded. Brands often keep a few items out of promotions, like brand-new releases or limited drops. Remove the item you think it is and apply the code again; if the discount appears, you've found the culprit.
You've already used a code. Adidas allows one code per order, so a second one won't stack on top.
If none of those fits, copy the code again straight from the card. A code pasted from an old message or a screenshot is often an older one.
Ways to pay less at Adidas this month
November is busy. The 11.11 sale lands on Wednesday, 11 November 2026, and White Friday is on Friday, 27 November 2026. Sportswear usually gets cut in both, so if it's a pair of trainers you want rather than need, put them in your wishlist now, note the price and look again on those days. Compare before you commit. Sun & Sands stocks Adidas next to Nike and Puma, and has its own codes. Put the same model in both bags, apply each store's code and compare the two totals. It takes two minutes.

Before you pay
Read the return terms if you're unsure about the size. Unworn items with tags can be sent back within Adidas's stated return window, and their regional site explains how. If you're between two sizes, that's the time to check, before the box arrives.
FAQ
A voucher or gift card isn't a promo code. It has its own balance, which Adidas shows when you enter it at checkout or in your account. You can pay part of an order with one, but there's still only one promo code per order.
