What Namshi is good for
Namshi is a fashion app first. Clothes, shoes, sportswear, bags and beauty from a long list of brands, from high-street names to sports labels, delivered across the UAE. It's a good place to compare one type of item, say white trainers, across a dozen brands without opening a dozen apps.
It's less useful if you already know the exact brand and the brand has its own UAE store with its own code. Trainers are the obvious case. Adidas and Under Armour both have UAE codes with us that take money off at checkout, while Namshi's gives cashback afterwards. Put the same item in both carts, apply each code, and buy where you end up paying less overall.

Cashback works differently from a discount. You pay the normal checkout price, and the cashback is credited after the order, under the terms shown on the card. So don't expect the total to change when you apply it. If the box accepts the code, it's done its job.
How to use a Namshi promo code, step by step
- Tap Show code on the card above and copy it.
- Open the Namshi app or website and sign in. If you check out as a new customer, create the account first.
- Add what you want to your bag. Pick your size before you add each item, not after.
- Open the bag and go to checkout.
- Find the promo code box on the checkout screen. On a phone you may need to scroll down to see it.
- Paste the code and tap apply. Look for the confirmation message under the box.
- Pick delivery and payment, check the order summary, and place the order.
If the app gives you trouble, try the website, or the other way round, before giving up.
Why a Namshi code doesn't work
The code was pasted with a space at the end. Phones do this when you copy. Delete it and paste again.
There's another code already in the box. Checkout boxes generally take one code per order, so remove the old one first.
You're expecting money off. If the box shows the code as applied but the total didn't change, that's normal for a cashback code.
Your cart has items the code doesn't cover. Some brands and categories can be left out of promo codes. Take one item out at a time and try again to see which one it is.
You're in the wrong country's store. Namshi sells in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait too, and we keep separate codes for each. Ours is for the UAE store, so check the country setting in the app if you've ever shopped from abroad.
The code has changed. Codes get replaced. The card always shows the current one, so copy it fresh rather than using one you saved weeks ago.
Ways to save more at Namshi
Shop the sale section with your size filter on. Namshi's sale pages are long, and filtering by size first saves you falling for something that's only left in XS.
Heart items to your wishlist and check back. Prices move a lot around big sale weekends, and the wishlist makes it easy to see what dropped.
Time it. November is when UAE fashion stores cut hardest: the 11.11 sale on Wednesday, 11 November 2026, then White Friday on Friday, 27 November 2026. A sale price plus cashback beats either on its own. Our White Friday guide covers the other stores worth a look that week.
Check the size guide on each product. Brands on Namshi size differently, and a return is time you don't get back even when it's free.
