Delivery Times and Shipping Options in Saudi Arabia

Getting your fragrances delivered quickly is straightforward across the country. According to Reef Perfumes's delivery guidelines, local courier options vary depending on exactly where your home or office sits:

• Express shipping arrives within 1 to 3 hours or within 6 hours depending on immediate regional availability.
• Riyadh deliveries generally take 24 hours from dispatch.
• Outer regions across Saudi Arabia receive their parcels within 1 to 4 business days.

Reef Perfumes provides free shipping once your cart hits their required spending threshold, which lets you bypass shipping fees completely if you combine orders or purchase multi-bottle sets.

Understanding the Golden Warranty and Returns

Buying fragrances online sometimes comes with surprises, but the merchant operates clear rules to protect shoppers. Under their 30-day Golden Warranty, items that arrive broken, defective, incomplete, or completely incorrect are fully covered. Customer care takes care of collection costs in these instances.

Standard change-of-mind returns are handled via WhatsApp at +966920012246, but you need to know a few essential terms stated on Reef Perfumes's site:

• A return fee of 25 SAR applies to standard return requests.
• Perfumes must be sent back with their original packaging; loose bottles without their box are rejected.
• Cosmetic products remain strictly non-refundable unless they carry a verified factory defect.
• Bundle promotions containing multiple bottles cannot be split for partial returns.
• Website orders cannot be swapped or returned in physical store locations.

Exchange Rules and Payment Methods

If you simply want a different scent, exchanges are available strictly inside Saudi Arabia through customer service on WhatsApp. A replacement fee of 30 SAR applies to standard exchanges, though confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced immediately with zero extra cost. Website orders cannot be exchanged inside retail branches.

When settling your balance, the checkout supports Mada and regular credit cards. Flexible payment plans are also active via Tabby and Tamara, allowing you to split costs over time. Cash on Delivery is available as a paid service, though note that the initial delivery fee is deducted from your refund balance should you return the order later.
